PCS MANAGER DEBORAH FOSTER

Deborah began work with PCS in February, 2011, and has an impressive background in arts events administration and management. Before joining PCS she was a freelance events planner for clients including the Jimmy V Foundation. From 1992 until 2004 she held various positions with UNC School of the Arts, from being in charge of special projects and new student orientation to admissions counselor/recruiter and student activities secretary. Previous posts were with the Russell Corporation in Columbus, GA and with Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA.
