CHORAL SCHOLAR PROGRAM

The purpose of PCS' Choral Scholar Program is to provide a scholarship and valuable experience, both practical and artistic, for qualified music students passionate about choral singing.

Eligibility

Undergraduate or graduate music students and/or choir members who are recommended by their voice teachers or choir directors. Candidates must apply and audition for the program.

To apply, the Choral Scholar Recommendation Form must be completed and signed by the singer's teacher or choir director, and then emailed to the artistic director. An audition will be set up once the recommendation form has been received.

Cost

Each Choral Scholar receives a scholarship in the amount of $150 per concert cycle, which includes rehearsals and the performance. For example:

$150 supports one Choral Scholar for one concert cycle.
$300 supports one Choral Scholar for two concert cycles.
$600 sponsors one Choral Scholar for the season.

As a sponsor, your name would be included on the PCS website and in each program next to the Choral Scholar’s name on the singer roster.
